Do I need prior experience to begin Pilates?
No prior experience is required. We recommend starting with a Private class or a Restorative class before jumping into group reformer class to ensure that you are familiar with the basics of Pilates as well as the equipment. Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, and our instructors will provide guidance and modifications to ensure a safe and effective experience.
What should I wear?

New clients should arrive 5–10 minutes before class to check in, get oriented, and prepare equipment as needed.
Will Pilates be too challenging for me?
What is the difference between Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates?
Mat Pilates uses body weight and small props to build core strength, stability, and mobility.
Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine to provide resistance and support.
Both formats offer effective full-body strengthening.
How often should I attend classes?
Is Pilates appropriate if I have back pain or injuries?
Can I participate if I am pregnant?
Yes… Pilates can be safe and highly beneficial during pregnancy with proper modifications. Please consult your healthcare provider and notify your instructor before participating.

What is your cancellation policy?
Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the start of class.
Private Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full session fee.
